Independent assessment of live systems

An audit gives an objective view of how a live environment is actually performing against its design intent. We walk the site, review topology, configuration, segmentation, timing and resilience, and identify risks before they become incidents.

Many of our audits are carried out on government and large enterprise sites, where documentation is often incomplete, equipment has accumulated over years, and the people who built the system have moved on. A methodical onsite audit brings that picture back into focus.

Defect identification and isolation is central to the work. When something is not behaving as expected — intermittent dropouts, sync problems, traffic bottlenecks, misconfigured paths — we trace it to its source rather than working from assumption.

The output is a clear, prioritised report: what is working, what needs attention, and a practical path to improve the system over time. Where we find defects, we set out practical solutions, not just observations — what can be fixed now, what should be planned, and what is safe to leave.
